Jason Wick and Sonia Bertek met in the most unexpected of places: a music software company tucked away in Minnesota.
They weren’t just colleagues—they were future visionaries in the making.
When that company was acquired and moved to Colorado in 2014, most people would’ve seen risk. They saw opportunity. Together, they made the move and spent over a decade working side by side—growing, failing, succeeding, and most importantly, learning what real leadership looks like.
In those 11 years, they didn’t just build careers—they built trust, resilience, and a shared belief that effective management isn’t about control—it’s about connection, clarity, and courage.

Jason brings nearly 20 years in the software world—where he’s built, led, and scaled teams across product, engineering, testing, and operations. From video games to music tech, he’s learned one truth:
